This Privacy Policy describes how TrashCo DFW, owned and operated by David Alonso Castro Enriquez, dba TrashCo DFW ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a booking request, or use our customer or driver portal ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here. This policy works alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1.Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, and some information is generated as part of providing service:

We do not knowingly collect more information than is needed to schedule, deliver, and bill for your service.
2.How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Schedule, confirm, and dispatch your dumpster delivery, swap, pickup, or live-load service
- Communicate with you about your service — confirmations, driver assignment, delivery/pickup status, rental-period reminders, and invoices
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Respond to your questions or service requests
- Maintain records required for our business, accounting, and tax purposes
- Improve our service based on real usage (e.g. identifying service areas or scheduling patterns)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3.Text Message (SMS) Communications
If you provide your phone number when booking service — through our website, by phone, or through our customer portal — you consent to receive transactional text messages from TrashCo DFW related to your rental, including booking confirmations, delivery/pickup status updates, rental-period reminders, and payment/invoice notices. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on your service activity.
No mobile opt-in information is shared with third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent (i.e., your phone number and the fact that you agreed to receive texts from us) is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used solely by TrashCo DFW and our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to send you the service-related messages described above.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the information in Section 11.
4.Cookies & Website Analytics
As of the date of this policy, our website does not use analytics or advertising tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or ad pixels), and does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If we add any such tool in the future, we will update this policy to describe what's collected and how to opt out.
5.Third-Party Service Providers
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate our business. Each only receives the information necessary to perform its function on our behalf:

6.Data Security
We use industry-standard tools (including Google Firebase's authentication and access-control systems) to restrict who can access your information to authorized TrashCo DFW staff. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
7.Data Retention
We retain service and billing records for as long as needed for our business, accounting, and tax recordkeeping obligations. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you that isn't required for these purposes, contact us using the information in Section 11 and we'll evaluate your request.
8.Your Choices & Rights
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time (Section 3).
- Access or correction: Contact us to review or correct the information we have on file for you.
- Deletion: Contact us to request deletion of information not otherwise required for our business or legal recordkeeping.
9.Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for individuals age 18 and older who are booking or managing dumpster rental service. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices change. We'll post the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
