You're Not Renting a Dumpster. You're Running an Account.
Most dumpster companies are built around a homeowner cleaning out a garage once every five years. Book it, pay it, done. That model falls apart the moment debris becomes a line item on every job you run.
TrashCo DFW is a locally owned roll-off company based in Cedar Hill with more than 7,000 loads hauled across the metroplex. We already run standing accounts for restoration contractors working insurance losses all over DFW, and the things those companies care about are not the things a homeowner cares about. They care about getting a full can off a job site the same day. They care about one invoice instead of thirty receipts. They care about being able to prove what the debris cost at 4412 Whatever Street when an adjuster asks six weeks later.
Everything on this page is built around that.
Who We Work With
Restoration & Remediation
Water, fire, smoke and mold. Tear-out fills a can fast and the crew is standing there when it does. Swaps are the whole game on these jobs, and the per-job-site paperwork lines up with how you bill a claim.
Property Management
Unit turns, eviction cleanouts, storm debris, renovations. Run several properties on one account and still get each address itemized separately on the statement.
Roofing Contractors
Always a 14-yard on a tear-off — shingles are far too heavy to safely fill a 21. On a big roof we bring a second 14 instead. A hauler who drops a 21 on your roof job is guessing.
General Contractors & Remodelers
Kitchens, baths, whole-home gut jobs, additions, tenant buildouts. Mixed construction debris, drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinetry and concrete.
Real Estate & Estate Cleanouts
Flippers, investors, estate sale companies and probate cleanouts. Steady volume, short timelines, and frequently a full house to empty.
Junk Removal & Hauling Subs
When the load is bigger than your truck. Drop a can on the job and keep your crew working instead of running loads to the landfill all afternoon.
What an Account Actually Gets You
These are the differences between an account and calling us one time, and they are the reasons our commercial customers stay.
Swap it, don't wait for it
A swap means we bring an empty and take the full one on the same trip, so your crew never loses a day waiting on a container. If we do not have a spare can free, we will haul yours to the landfill, dump it, and bring the same can right back — you still get an empty box on site that day. Same-day is often available when you call before 10am; otherwise it is next morning. Business hours are Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm.
We also run live loads: the driver stays on site while your crew loads the truck directly, then hauls it straight to the landfill. One visit, no container sitting in the way.
New accounts pay first. Established accounts get billing terms.
Every new account pays before delivery, so we can get to know each other. Once you have a payment history with us, we set up the billing schedule that matches how you invoice your own customers. One statement covers every load in the period, grouped and subtotaled by job site, with a grand total at the top.
| Billing | You get an invoice | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| Pay before delivery | Before we dispatch | Every new account |
| Per delivery | After each load closes | Established accounts with occasional work |
| Weekly | Every Monday | High-volume job sites |
| Every two weeks | Every other Monday | Steady mid-volume work |
| Twice monthly | The 1st and the 16th | Most of our commercial accounts |
| Monthly | The 1st | Property managers and long projects |
Pay by card, Zelle, check, wire or cash. Card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee shown as its own line before you pay it; every other method has no fee. You can also pay a statement straight from your login, or we can email you a payment link.
Your own login
Every account gets a customer portal. From a phone on a job site your superintendent can request a pickup, request a swap, add another dumpster to an address you already have one at, or book a live load — without calling anybody and without waiting for business hours. The request hits our dispatch queue the moment it is submitted.
The portal also shows you every active rental with a day counter, every past load, every invoice, and what you currently owe across all of them in one number.
Watch the truck come in
When your dumpster is on the way you get a live map of the driver moving toward the site with a running ETA. Your crew knows when to clear the spot instead of guessing. More on live driver tracking.
Appliances with refrigerant, handled
Refrigerators, freezers, window and portable A/C units, dehumidifiers and wine coolers are $30 per item. They do not go loose in the load — our driver separates them and takes them to a site certified to accept refrigerant, then unloads the rest at the regular landfill. On a fire or flood job there is almost always at least one, and most haulers simply refuse them. More on appliance disposal.
A Statement for Every Job Site
This is the part restoration companies and property managers tell us they cannot get anywhere else, so it is worth explaining properly.
Your loads get invoiced on a schedule — say twice a month. But the costs for one address do not politely land inside one billing period. A job that runs five weeks shows up on three different statements. Six weeks later an adjuster asks what the debris cost on that specific claim, and somebody on your team is digging through a folder trying to reassemble it.
Statement by Job Site pulls every charge for one address across every invoice you have ever received and builds it into a single PDF — on demand, from your own login, no phone call to us. Each line shows the date, the load, what it cost, and which invoice it came from. You can include unbilled and unpaid loads or show paid charges only.
Overweight loads carry a weight verification page with a photo of the actual landfill scale ticket attached, so the $80-per-ton overage on your bill has the scale house's own document sitting right behind it. That is the difference between a number on an invoice and documentation an adjuster will accept.
Flat-Rate Pricing, Published
Same published rates for commercial accounts as everyone else. We do not quote a low number and make it back on fees.
| Dumpster | Dimensions | Included | Flat rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 14-yard roll-off | 14 ft × 7 ft × 4 ft | Delivery & pickup · 5 days · 2 tons · 30-mi radius | $350 |
| 21-yard roll-off | 14 ft × 7 ft × 6 ft | Delivery & pickup · 5 days · 2 tons · 30-mi radius | $450 |
Both cans have the same footprint — the 21-yard is simply two feet taller, so if a 14 fits your site a 21 does too.
The only things that get added
- Extra days — $20 per day past day 5.
- Weight over 2 tons — $80 per ton, backed by the landfill scale ticket.
- Mileage — $5 per mile past 30 miles from our Cedar Hill base. Most of DFW is inside that.
- Refrigerant appliances — $30 per item.
- Texas sales tax — 8.25%.
No fuel surcharge. No environmental fee. No administrative fee. If one of the above applies to a load, it is itemized on the invoice with the date and the reason.
What Can't Go In
Same rules as any licensed hauler in Texas, and worth knowing before your crew loads a can: no hazardous waste, asbestos, liquids (paint, chemicals, motor oil), used oil filters, tires, batteries, propane tanks, fluorescent bulbs and light ballasts, medical waste or closed drums over 5 gallons. Refrigerant appliances are not loaded loose either — they go as the separate $30 add-on described above. Full prohibited items list.
